A new study has found that residential exposure to visible blue space, like the sea or the ocean, is associated with lower psychological distress in a capital city, even if you don't realize it. Pick the perfect beach for your summer vacation whether it's just with your significant other or entire family. Bring a bathing suit, a towel, possibly a picnic basket, and lots of suntan lotion.

People are attracted to Clearwater Beach for its dazzling, impeccable beaches. Caladesi Island, off the north end of the beach, was once recognized as the nation's best by Dr. Beach, according to Visit Florida.
