Mall of America

Currently the largest mall in the country, the Mall of America is about ten miles from downtown Minneapolis in the suburb of Bloomington. The mall is home to an indoor theme park, an aquarium, two mini golf courses and two hotels. It's a great place to get some shopping done, since Minnesota doesn't tax most clothing purchases.

Walker Art Center

The Walker Art Center is a contemporary art museum three miles from the U.S. Bank Stadium. The gallery holds works by well-known artists such as Andy Warhol, Chuck Close and Edward Hooper. The Walker is also home to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, home to the city's iconic "Spoonbridge and Cherry" sculpture. 

Minneapolis Institute of Art

The city's art museum is located about three miles from the stadium. In addition to it's permanent collection, the Minneapolis Institute of Art features numerous special exhibitions that will be at the museum during Super Bowl weekend, including a collection of clothing and jewelry from the Miao people of China and a collection of visual art created by members of Minnesota's Somali-American community.

St. Paul Winter Carnival

St. Paul's annual winter carnival will be happening across the river during Super Bowl weekend, featuring events and attractions across the city such as snow slides, snow sculpting and an ice palace.

Super Bowl Experience

The Minneapolis Convention Center will host the Super Bowl Experience, where fans can get autographs from players and take pictures with the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Science Museum of Minnesota

The Science Museum of Minnesota is located in downtown St. Paul, and features a number of permanent and temporary exhibits as well as an omnitheater. Omnifest, a festival featuring five documentaries shown on the museums' large screen, runs through March 1.

Eat a Juicy Lucy

Mill City Museum

Paisley Park
