Experience
Lauren fell in love with journalism her freshman year of college and garnered a deep love for travel shortly after. Since her dream goal is becoming a traveling photojournalist for National Geographic, Lauren has always wanted to find a way to combine her love of new places with her passion for writing. She worked as the co-manager and copy editor for her college newspaper, The Easterner, for two years. Since graduation, she has written for a number of publications across the Pacific Northwest, including the Lynnwood Today outside Seattle and the Bonner County Daily Bee in North Idaho. While writing, Lauren has continued to travel across both the country and the world, and she still has many spots left on her bucket list.

Lauren received a bachelor's degree in journalism from Eastern Washington University.
