Solo Travel, Unique Restaurants, Hidden Attractions
- The furthest Alice has traveled for a concert was from Canada to Australia.
- Some of Alice's favorite places she's been to so far are Prague, Sydney, and Copenhagen.
- One of her memorable experiences was going on a hot air balloon ride during a solo trip to Arizona.
Experience
To encourage her to read more, Alice's mom paid her a bargain price of a dollar to write a review for each book she read one summer many, many years ago. And that was the beginning of her writing journey. After she graduated from university (during which she wrote a rhyming children's book about a clean pig that got a horrible grade but was a hit with her classmates), she interned at editorial publications NUVO and Vancouver Magazine, honing the art of storytelling. She continues to write alongside a career in tech and has been featured in publications such as Flare, Montecristo, VitaDaily, BCLiving, and Natural Habitat by Vitruvi. When she's not writing, you'll find her discovering new places to eat, attending k-pop concerts, and planning to check off another destination from an ever-growing travel wish list.
Education
Alice has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada
