Getting Hitched? This Nevada Airport Has Your Marriage License Covered For Valentine's Day
Love is in the air! If you thought Las Vegas couldn't make it any easier to get married, think again. This Valentine's Day, you don't have to wait until you're in the city to get your hands on your marriage license. You and your partner can grab it while other travelers are waiting for their bags to appear on the carousel — provided you fly into Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).
Las Vegas proudly proclaims itself as the "Wedding Capital of the World," and it's considered one of the most romantic locations to get married in the U.S. Vegas is doing everything it can to hold on to its crown in 2025. From February 11 to 25, the Clark County Clerk's Office is bringing back its ultra-convenient pop-up Marriage License Bureau located in Terminal 1 baggage claim at LAS. The bureau will be open every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., giving lovebirds plenty of chances to get their license. Just make sure to apply online from home and then you can take advantage of the pop-up bureau as soon as you land. Check the Clark County website for details.

There's no waiting period after collecting your marriage license in Las Vegas, so once you walk out of Harry Reid Airport, you're ready to say "I do." You can't have a wedding at the airport, but there are plenty of other unique places to get married in Las Vegas, from The Neon Museum to Taco Bell, where your wedding comes complete with merch and a Cinnabon cake.
The fun doesn't stop once you get married, of course! While many of us associate Vegas primarily with weddings and winning (or losing) streaks, the city has been adding to its offerings in recent years, which is great news for couples. Hosting large sports and entertainment events, Vegas can be considered a wedding-honeymoon destination rolled into one. Sin City isn't just for urban-loving couples, either. It is also an amazing base to enjoy some of the best outdoor activities in Las Vegas, offering easy access to the Grand Canyon and Valley of Fire State Park. No matter how you choose to celebrate or how long you plan to stay, flying into Harry Reid Airport this February will ensure you can get hitched in Vegas without a hitch.
