Although you might not think of Japan as a peanut-happy country, these legumes hide where you'd least expect. You might not taste it right away, but if you're allergic to an ingredient in the sauce, you'll feel that reaction soon enough. If it comes in a bottle, always read the nutrition label thoroughly.
