Shanghai World Financial Center

The Shanghai World Financial Center was completed in 2008. It's one of the many icons in Shanghai's skyline, and also one of the best places to view the city. It offers three floors of scenic views. Look out over the Huangpu River and take tons of pictures of Shanghai's skyline. Tip: Purchase your tickets in Basement 1 on the west side of the building.

The Stratosphere Tower, Las Vegas

This observation deck offers 360 degree views of Las Vegas, their amusement park rides, nightlife and restaurants. It's the tallest freestanding tower in America at 1,149 feet above ground. When you get tired of just standing there, try one of their adrenaline pumping rides – Big Shot, Insanity and Sky Jump, just to name a few.

Burj Khalifa, Dubai

View the famous Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab in Dubai's gorgeous skyline. Or if you're up for it, take the elevator up to the 148th floor of the Burj Khalifa and view the city from up above. Montparnasse Tower, Paris

The fastest elevator in Europe will take you up to the 56th floor observation deck of the spectacular Montparnasse Tower. Clingmans Done is the highest point in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the highest point in Tennessee and the third highest mountain east of the Mississippi, according to nps. It rises at 6,643 feet. The observation tower is great. It offers incredible views, but climb the steep half-mile walk to the tower at the top for an even better view.

CN Tower, Toronto

Located in downtown Toronto is the famous CN observation tower, also known as Canada's National Tower or Canadian National Tower. It is the tallest free-standing structure in the Western Hemisphere.
